We are situated in Sheffield Beach, near Ballito, in the
heart of the Zulu Kingdom and offer numerous outdoor activities
such as canoeing, fishing, golf and micro lighting.
Set on a working sugar cane farm, there is easy access from
the N2 freeway and we are close to the Animal farm.
The resort comprises original cane cutter cottages that
have been refurbished to create a rustic setting, ensuring
a relaxed and comfortable stay. Full restaurant and pub
and braai area in the boma is available...
We also cater for birthday parties, conferences and children's
school camps. Cane Cutters Resort is wheelchair friendly.

Holiday Resort Accommodation in
Sheffield Beach, KwaZulu-Natal
From families to backpackers, Cane Cutters Resort is the
ideal way to enjoy an affordable holiday. Set on a working
sugar cane farm, the original rooms and buildings were used
by the cane cutters that lived and worked here many years
ago. Now refurbished to create a rustic ambiance, you are
assured of a relaxed and comfortable stay with plenty of
room to move around.
We have 9 family units, comprising 2 bedrooms with interleading
door and attached private bathroom with toilet, shower and
wash basin. Each family unit sleeps between 4 and 6 people.
Then we have 9 rooms with 2 beds each. These rooms share
communal bathrooms. We also have 12 rondavels with 2 beds
in each. 2 rondavels share 1 bathroom. Linen, pillows and
duvets are supplied and all rooms have overhead fans. Please
bring towels.
We are close to shopping centres and beaches (10 minutes)
and Durban is 30 minutes away.
